A sign shared by multiple tenants
List the tenants, how much information each needs, and who manages future changes. Provide current logo files and identify any required naming conventions.
Compare consistent panel sizes with the actual tenant names. Agree how replacements and vacant spaces should be handled before approving the layout.
Prepare your De Pere project brief
Start with the project address and photographs of the actual application area. Include dimensions if you have them, your current logo files, the wording you need, and your preferred timing. Tell us whether this is a new installation, a replacement, or part of a larger branding project.
For this project, the first design discussion can focus on a sign shared by multiple tenants. Your photographs and intended message help connect that discussion to the space or vehicle you actually have.
Ask for a scope that identifies design, production, installation, and any preparation or removal work. Confirm the final artwork and agreed responsibilities before work begins. Where property approval or other requirements apply, discuss them for the specific site rather than relying on another project as a precedent.
